I have worn these for years and am now on my third one. I have a TFCC tear in my wrist and the start of arthritis in my fingers. I do believe this makes a difference with the pain and I never take it off (not joking). The only thing I don't like is the Nano only comes in black now. I used to have one in grey, and I liked that color so much better. It's a great bracelet and I'd definitely recommend it.
Wear it all the time...24 hours a day. Used to wake up with stiff fingers and sore joints. Not any more! True believer in the magnet therapy.
