Customer Exchanges & Returns:
The fastest way to receive a replacement bracelet due to ordering an incorrect size or color is to e-mail us & include the name the original order was placed under & order number & email used at time of ordering. Next, include the style and size & color you want us to send to you.

Refunds:
Please e-mail first and notify us you are sending the item or items back and then remember to include your customer info via email as well as in the return package. At a minimum if you have lost your paperwork please include the customer name and purchasers zip code.
